Primordial Arts Terms and Conditions

 

Privacy: We do not and will not sell, share or give away your personal information.

 

The information you provide when you create an account or place an order is used to process your order(s) and send you emails about your order(s).

 

The information you provide when choosing to sign up for Primordial Arts Newsletter is used only to send you Primordial Arts newsletters.

 

Payments: Primordial Arts accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Discover Card, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa. All orders will be shipped AFTER the receipt and verification of funds. The email address for PayPal payments is Sales@PrimordialArts.com.

 

Taxes: Orders for physical goods shipping to destinations within California are taxable. Orders for physical goods shipping to destinations outside of California are not taxable.

 

Security: When an order is placed and processed, payment information is always encrypted. Our payment service vendors follow the latest laws and use the latest security technologies to prevent unauthorized use of your information.

 

Shipping Limits: Primordial Arts ships to all locations within the United States of America and Internationally unless prohibited by law. Orders are shipped domestically via Ground Service. Print-On-Demand items are created and generally ready to ship within 3-4 business days. NON Print-On-Demand items are generally ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Once ready for departure Standard Shipping times apply.

Return Policy: In general you may return an item for refund or replacement within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date unless it has been damaged by you. (Beyond fifteen (15) days items are returnable at the discretion of Primordial Arts). In all cases of refund or replacement requests you must first obtain a Return Authorization Approval from Primordial Arts by emailing Sales@PrimordialArtscom. (Please note that MISPRINTED / DEFECTIVE Print-On-Demand Return Authorization Approvals can often be obtained by the purchaser providing a picture of the MISPRINTED / DEFECTIVE product instead of returning the product as long as the picture reveals an obviously evident MISPRINTED / DEFECTIVE Print-On-Demand item). In cases where Primordial Arts determines that the item must be returned for refund or replacement, first obtain a Return Authorization Approval and ship the item(s) to the directed address. (Shipping, handling and freight insurance charges are non-refundable for CORRECTLY MANUFACTURED AND SHIPPED orders) Customers are responsible for "Return Shipping Costs" and "Return Freight Insurance" unless your item(s) was defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly by Primordial Arts. Please include your name, Return Authorization Number and contact information in all correspondence. You will receive a replacement, credit or refund AFTER your return is received and processed by Primordial Arts. Primordial Arts is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

 

DISCLAIMER – PRIMORDIAL ARTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, (EXCEPTING OUR "GUARANTEE" STATED ABOVE), WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRIMORDIAL ARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM PRIMORDIAL ARTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIMORDIAL ARTS’ LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM PRIMORDIAL ARTS.
